The Aleksandrovo outpatient clinic (ambulanta) serves approximately 2,900–3,200 residents of the village of Aleksandrovo and surrounding rural communities. It is fully staffed and operates as a satellite unit of Dom zdravlja Srpska Crnja, which centrally manages staffing, equipment procurement, and infrastructure upgrades. In 2025, the Serbian American Medical Association (SAMA) completed a renovation of the Aleksandrovo ambulanta, significantly improving the quality of primary healthcare delivery in this rural area.
