Together, We Raised $15,000 for Children’s Healthcare in Serbia
We’re thrilled to share the success of SAMA’s First Annual Chicago Tennis Tournament, held this past weekend at the UIC Tennis Courts. Thanks to the incredible efforts of our players, supporters, volunteers, and sponsors, we raised a total of $15,000 to support lifesaving medical equipment for children and families in Loznica and Bogatić, Serbia.
This was our first tournament of its kind in Chicago, and it marked a powerful moment where members of our community came together—through sport, generosity, and purpose—to make a real difference.

What Your Support Will Make Possible
- Audio screening equipment for Loznica, enabling early detection of hearing issues in newborns
- A cardiotocography (CTG) machine for Bogatić, improving maternal care and ensuring safer birth.
These contributions will directly impact underserved communities and offer children and families access to critical healthcare they otherwise might not receive.
In the Media
We were honored to have the event covered by Aleksandar Žigić, founder of Avala News and RTS Correspondent, who captured the heart of the tournament and the mission behind it.
With Gratitude to Our Sponsors
We’re deeply thankful to our generous sponsors who helped bring this event to life:
